If you need to cancel, we’ll review the cancellation rules for your specific fare and tell you what you’re entitled to — a refund, a travel credit, or neither — before we cancel anything.

Good to know (UK): There is no automatic statutory right to cancel a booked flight for a refund — the airline’s fare rules apply. The 14-day “cooling-off” right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not generally apply to transport on specific dates. However, if the airline cancels your flight, UK261 air passenger rights give you a right to a full refund or re-routing.

Will I get my money back?
It depends on your fare. Refundable tickets return your money (minus any disclosed fee). Non-refundable tickets may still allow you to reclaim certain unused taxes, or may offer a travel credit. We confirm before cancelling.
What if the airline cancels my flight?
Under UK261 air passenger rights, if the airline cancels your flight you are generally entitled to choose between a full refund or re-routing, and you may be entitled to compensation depending on the circumstances. We help you claim it.
How long do refunds take?
Airlines set refund timelines. Card refunds are often processed within a number of weeks. We track eligible refunds and keep you updated.
